Our Hiring Process
Application Review
Our recruiting team reviews your application and resume. We look beyond just skills and experience to understand your motivations and potential fit with our team.
Initial Conversation
A 30-minute video call with a recruiter to discuss your background, interest in CleanOps, and answer any initial questions you might have.
Skills Assessment
Depending on the role, you may complete a take-home assignment or technical interview to demonstrate your relevant skills. We respect your time and design assessments to be completed in 2-3 hours.
Team Interviews
Meet with 3-4 team members, including your potential manager, peers, and collaborators from other departments. These conversations focus on your experience, approach to problem-solving, and how you work with others.
Final Decision & Offer
We aim to make decisions quickly, typically within a week of your final interview. If we extend an offer, we'll work with you to answer any questions and ensure you have everything you need to make an informed decision.
