You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Permitted Use

CleanOps is provided for managing field service operations including scheduling, dispatching, CRM, proposals, invoicing, and reporting for your business. You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
  • Use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content

4. Subscription and Billing

CleanOps operates on a subscription basis. Pricing details and plan options are provided during onboarding and are available on our website. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges for your subscription term. We may update pricing with 30 days prior notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you input into CleanOps, including client records, job information, proposals, invoices, and any other business data. We do not sell your data to third parties. We process your data only to provide, maintain, and improve the Service. For details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability and target 99.9% uptime for the CleanOps platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.

8. Limitation of Liability

The CleanOps platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:
